Nice place
they took over the small independent toy shops, then they got took over by the internet - KARMA !!
WOW many thanks ,just hearing Rivington and Adlington knocking out churches one foundation as they have for over 50 years brings those memories flooding back and makes the hairs stand up(even fort an iron maiden fan) ,stood by Bennets corner shop on nelson st as a 4 year old waiting for my dad (chief marshal for many years )to ask everyone to move toward station rd ,such dear memories of my family especially my grandma and great aunties who devoted so much time and effort to making sure club day was brilliant ,even now driving through as a bus driver on the evening of 7-06-24 there is a buzz about the place
Wonder how much you paid for PVA and water?? 😂

Does Velux even offer some kind of discount for a replacement? Seems like everyone is having this issue.
I didn't even contact them but I wouldn't imagine they would. I didn't take mine apart in the end. I just silconed the area thinking I can always do a proper repair if it didn't work and it has been faultless for years.
It is actually the wooden frame I'm most concerned about, did you use anything to get rid of the mold from it? Clean it up or treat the wood in some way? I'd prefer a uPVC replacement.@@Smithy24601
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Same problem. Fixed by removing 3 screws (half shown under flashing). Wood soft, fit raw plugs, refit screws using silicone to seal screw thread and screw head. Result - no leak!
I have same problem with my 2 velux, leaking in the same corners. I did hopefully find a solution on youtube . I do plan to silicone the edges
Nice job. Most SI walk-thru cameras have the owners mug filling the screen, reason unknown...this video has none of that and no yapping...just the magic of St. Ives on a lovely summer morning....proper job!!
WOULD YOU RECOOMEWND? LOOKING TO BOOK THIS YEAR
Yes it was very magical.
Would be still possible to sharempower supply details like connector and Voltage + Ampere output? Many thanks in advance

If anyone knows the model number of this dishwasher please can you let me know? It was beeping at me today. And 4 lights were flashing. I just want to read the trouble shooting section.

Oh my gosh the pandas so cute!!!! 😊
Great video. We go Sunday :)
There are apparently 4 new shops in its place now
Hey Phillip , these are some cool drone shots , I’m a filmmaker in Preston actually making a short film , could I use some of your footage in my short film ? With credit of course ?
Just searched this video. I had the same flashing pattern start on mine today. The manual has several light flash patterns in troubleshooting and for this one I just read that they advise you to contact Canon Customer service. It's 10 years old so I think it's time to put her down if there isn't a fix.
Did you find a solution?
@@bebechat14 Yes. Trying to fix it was a dead end. Printheads for it are no longer available unless you buy a knockoff from eBay. Many complaints that those are a scam so I didn't do that. I called Canon. They no longer support the printer. but offer a 10% discount if you upgrade to a new one. I got the Pro 200. So far so good!
Great! I'm in exactly the same situation you were in and was considering buying the Pro-200.
@@bebechat14 That upgrade offer is only if you buy it directly online from Canon. They will ask for your current model and serial number. I created an account and registered my model # and Serial #. It was very easy from there. Good Luck!
I did the same and got rid of it. I got the ix6850 and have been happy with it. Image quality seems as good if not better.
Are you posting a video of Kirkham club day parade from this year
:)
I'm seeing these now as I write
I just found one of these in my bathroom sink drain. I went to kill it but it jumped away. It was so very tiny. Thank you
I think a beetle
I live up the road , only go there in the winter once the tourists leave . I think most locals do the same .
Ive just had two Keylite windows fitted and noticed one is leaking in the corning when it rains upon further inspection i noticed theres an all weather seal (grey) around the window now when i close the window and check the corners the seal isnt sitting flush and is leaving a gap so ive had to sort of try to mold it back into shape and seems to be sealing now, but still having the builders take a look in case its a defective seal, how did you get on with yours
Hi there have you visited Harry Potter Warner Studios???

Thats a fine looking kebab!
lt's called James Towers Way Link Road.
That is what is called a Line feed error [6000]. Unfortunately the manual lists 6 possible problems. Time sensor unit, Timing slit disk film, Feed roller ass'y, Platen unit, Logic board ass'y, or the Paper feed motor. Since you were adding paper and suspect it is a jam you should really be getting a solid green power button with 3 flashes of the yellow alarm indicator. You can open the printer cover and look to see if it is a paper jam, but it looks to me like it is probably the Paper feed motor.
I have 10 flashing lights which States it its a tray fault, but the switches for the tray do not affect it and. Nothing moves. I'm am a senior tech for a world atm company and I see no schematics unreal diagnostics out on Google. ??
Is this are booklice or bed bugs baby?help
Booklice
@@Smithy24601 i have also like this but it is in white and its thin not fat
Hahaha lma
Truly was magical to go there as a kid, with online buying being so massive now we'll never see anything like it again. Sad to see it go but thats how it goes, thanks for the video man, I can still see the shelves stocked there in my imagination!
Full moon and moon are considered different, you can use that too
Thank you for posting this. This was the year I was retiring Rose Queen for Kirkham St.Michaels and I was actually able to wear my dress that year. I wasn't able to wear my dress the year I was actually Rose Queen, because of the rain.
😊
This brings back so many memories for me I love St Ives.
Not been for a few years, Tenby for last 4, just booked for st Ives let's hope it doesn't get cancelled.🙏

Hello everyone. Ive got the same problem with my Velux skylights. I have the model No. GTL S08. After every rainy day the corners are wet. I have cleaned the water drain outside the windows but nothing changed. I realised that the grey seals that goes around the windows, after every leak test with a bottle of water are wet. But i couldnt figure out what the reason is? Can anybody help me? Iam thankfull for all help.
This is for [Robbiebrad] : Do you have the same skylight? So basically I would need a pic of the top of the frame as there are a few different styles. Email: crookshanksroofworks@gmail.com
Hi, - I have the same skylights with the same problem. I struggled with leaks for the last few years and finally figured out the problem and fix. My Velux skylights were leaking at the lower corners as shown in the video. The corners on my skylights join on a 45 degree angle (outside metal frame that holds the glass) and Velux must caulk/seal this joint on construction, but the sealant material was gone from my skylights (probably degraded over time as my skylights are 10+ years old). I caulked the lower corners/45 deg. joint from both the outside and inside and the leaks are gone. I know how frustrating it is to deal with a leaking skylight and Velux does not seem to want to own the problem. IMO it is a manufacturing defect that Velux should own and fix if so many of us are having the same problem. As described, my leaks were intermittent and just when I thought I had the problem corrected, the leak would reappear. I also ran a thin bead of silicone caulk around the perimeter of the outside glass where it joins the frame. Tip: don't skimp on the caulk; use a high quality silicone caulk with maximum flexibility (~50% flex) to deal with changing temps and climate. I hope this is helpful,
Thanks for your reply. Did you only chalk on the moving window part of the velux?(not the side frame part.) Did you unscrew anything to chalk underneath?
@@Smithy24601 Yes Phillip, I only caulked the moving window section. I could actually see where the metal corner joints had separated at their lowest point (where the upper window section covers the bottom skirt).
Has this trout fishery shut down now.
how do you get to the capacitor please
It was a long time ago now. But I seem to remember him taking the pipes off then it was quite simple to remove the lid. We ended up replacing the whole unit. Do you think it would have been a simple capacitor change?
thanks. i can pull out the whole assembly ive just tried . ill need to free the power cord first so i can turn the motor over to see how the pressure switch assembly might open to let me get to the capacitor
